Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping carriers
We work with a network of fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, which may include USPS, DHL, and other regional postal or courier services, depending on the destination and product. The carrier used for your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Estimated transit times
United States: 7-15 business days after processing.
International: 10-20 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs processing.

International shipping and customs
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
